Approximately 100 operational car wash sites completed within a six-week national electrical rollout, combining survey, installation, testing and commissioning.
The programme
RCS delivered a national external lighting programme across approximately 100 IMO Car Wash sites as part of a wider rebrand rollout. The programme covered locations throughout the Midlands, South West, South and South East of England.
Where practical, the team combined survey and installation activity within the same visit, accelerating delivery while maintaining consistent technical and presentation standards across the portfolio.
The challenge
Every site remained operational. Work therefore had to be planned around vehicle movements, customers and local site activity, with safe access and clear coordination maintained throughout a fast national rollout.
