A £178,000 complete bungalow transformation delivered in 12 weeks, coordinating more than 38 trades across structural, roofing, internal and external works.
The project
RCS delivered a complete back-to-brick renovation and rebuild of a bungalow in Mapperley, Nottingham. Every major part of the property was renewed or upgraded, from the roof and structural floors through to the kitchen, bathroom, windows, utilities, insulation, landscaping and driveway.
The £178,000 programme was completed in 12 weeks and required the coordinated input of more than 38 individual trades.
The challenge
The programme combined structural, roofing, electrical, plumbing, insulation, internal finishing and extensive external works within a demanding 12-week window. Each package had to be sequenced precisely so that one trade did not delay or compromise the next.
