The partnership
From August 2017, RCS supported Skyline Green through a seven-year national specialist commercial cleaning partnership across a varied operational and sensitive portfolio.
The work covered live commercial operations, construction completion and handover environments, high-profile automotive locations, corporate offices, industrial premises and confidential settings where discretion and presentation were essential.
The challenge
Assignments often required rapid mobilisation, careful planning around occupied buildings and consistent standards across very different environments. Teams needed to work safely and discreetly at short notice while protecting day-to-day operations, client confidentiality and the presentation of prestigious sites.
